About the role
From our Copenhagen beginnings, our intention was always to be one of a kind. We ensure our guests enter our restaurant with a big IRASHAIMASSE (welcome to our restaurant) and leave us with the best feeling possible.
The right attitude is a must, experience is not always the most important thing. The ideal Reservations Coordinator candidate will:
Full flexibility, including weekends and evenings, school/bank/festive holidays.
Embody the SticksnSushi mentality in all day to day operations. We have BIG smiles and small egos?with a Ja tak attitude.
Answering of inbound booking enquiries in a timely and professional manner, both on the phone and email.
Group bookings set menus, minimum spends, pre-orders and manager communications.
Daily confirmation of bookings and updating booking notes accordingly.
Input of 3rd party booking entries in to Opentable and Design My Night.
In-depth restaurant knowledge inc. capacities, turn times, menu, allergens and policies.
Kids Masterclasses Booking and manager/guest liaising.
Social media responses to guest feedback.
Gift card purchases.
Cover and feedback reporting.
General office maintenance including post and maintaining a clean environment.
Ability to drive own performance, multitask and excel under pressure.
Identify areas of personal growth to enable effective appraisals and future development within the company.
