Role Overview As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play an active role in supporting teaching and learning across the school day. From leading lessons during teacher absence to providing targeted support for pupils in small groups or individually, your skills and experience will help to create a calm, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. You will work across the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2, helping pupils of all abilities make meaningful progress.
