PRODUCTION OPERATIVE > RUNCORN > FLT > TELEHANDLER > MONDAY-FRIDAY > ROTATING We are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join our Runcorn site. This is a permanent, full-time role working 2 shifts: 6am2pm and 2pm10pm, MondayFriday. Key Responsibilities: Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets. Handle, transport, and load materials. Maintain quality standards and adhere to health & safety regulations. Support efficiency initiatives, including stock management and process improvement. Perform routine inspections and maintain housekeeping standards. Desirable: Forklift, Telehandler, or Loading Shovel licence. Skills & Qualities: Safety-focused and able to act responsibly in hazardous situations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Team player with good communication and adaptability. Self-motivated and able to follow processes consistently.
