Residential Property Lawyer (2-5 PQE)
Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* New build and shared ownership transactions
* Transfers of equity
* First registrations and assents
* Help to Buy loan redemptions
The role involves full file management, including drafting contracts, handling enquiries, reporting to clients and lenders, exchange and completion, and post-completion matters. You will also ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain accurate file management using a case management system.
Responsibilities
* Manage files from opening through to closure with minimal supervision
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties throughout transactions
* Maintain high standards of client care and communication
* Meet financial and performance targets
* Contribute to business development and growth of the department
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-5 years' experience
* Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
* Confident managing a varied caseload independently
* Client-facing with excellent communication skills
* IT literate and familiar with case management systems
* Motivated to develop and progress your career
