About The Role
As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer exceeds professional standards and complies with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide an empathetic, high-quality service.
About You
HC-One seeks a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and experience in person-led care planning within a care home. You should possess positive energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to mentor, manage time effectively, and maintain meaningful records. Your communication with residents and colleagues will be considerate and kind.
