Provide direction, leadership and accountability to project leaders while overseeing project schedules and taking action with project managers and contractors. Manage and develop a team of approximately 50 individuals (including up to 10 direct reports) through coaching and structured people development planning Engage with senior stakeholders including, board, governance, and the wider business for risk reviews, legal and contract management Ensure compliance with all Building and Engineering Standards while managing budget control and cost models across the project portfolio Drive innovation in project delivery to enable cost savings, program management and support business growth aligned with Veolia's Green Up strategy Manage contractual negotiations, dispute resolution and procurement processes for complex EPC-style contracts Provide regular reporting to senior management and UK Board level on project progress, issues and required changes What we're looking for; Degree in Construction / Engineering or Related Field Large-Scale EPC Contract Experience P&L and Executive Leadership Experience Construction Project Management in Regulated Environments Commercial Contract Knowledge and excellent levels of business acumen The ability to develop and build a high performing team What's next?
