Part Time Stock Controller required to work 3 days per week - Monday to Wednesday6 month contract(7.00am-3.00pm) 22.5 hrs per weekThe role:Day to day management of stock on siteAccurately collate product usage using point of use scanning to record clinical consumptionSource non-stock products as required by the locationAdd or amend product details on computer systemManage automatic and manual orders including non-stockManage requisitions including non stock, raise and enter Purchase ordersStock transfers e.g. adhoc issues on a sale or return basisExpedite orders with suppliersManage migration process i.e. when Trust stock is depleting/depleted and Althea needs to order prior to stock outAccept delivery, decant and manage reversals including management of over/under deliveries and damagesEnsure all stock is appropriately located ready for use by clinical staffManage receipt of products for trials, loan equipment etc after Consumables Group approvalManage quarantine of product/product recalls/shelf life expiry/loss management and physical returnsManage and process equipment (scopes) for loan/repairUndertake cyclical and annual stock takes/reconciliationManagement of price queries with suppliers, Trust procurement and finance, and Althea Accounts payableThe person:Previous stock control experienceMicrosoft Excel skillsIdeally at least 3 years warehousing and inventory management experience ideally in the NHS would be welcomedTPBN1_UKTJ
