Role Overview

* Team management experience in a logistics setting (essential)
* Experience with HR responsibilities such as absence management, 1‑2‑1s, investigations (essential)
* Experience working in an automated environment and managing a team using MHE (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills and able to inspire and engage your team (essential)
