We are working with a specialist battery reconditioning company based in the East Midlands who are looking to appoint a Customer Liaison Coordinator to support their growing operations.
This is a key customer-facing role, acting as the main point of contact for clients regarding battery repairs and reconditioning updates. You will ensure customers are kept fully informed on status updates, turnaround times, and service response times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries relating to battery status, repairs, and returns
2. Interact closely with the manufacturing team to determine the progress of orders
3. Check status updates daily and proactively chase internal teams for progress
4. Monitor customer response times and ensure all queries are answered promptly
5. Collate data and reporting information to provide regular updates to senior management
6. Provide clear, timely updates and manage customer expectations professionally
