Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at St Brides Spa Hotel, overlooking Saundersfoot Bay. You will support the senior chef and step up when needed, order and manage stock efficiently, ensure food is stored, labelled, and rotated properly, help reduce waste and improve sustainability, and lead by example to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Qualifications
* A relevant culinary qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
* At least 3 years' experience in a quality hotel or restaurant (AA Rosette standard preferred)
* Experience leading a team of 8 or more kitchen staff
* A good understanding of HACCP and food safety
* Skills in menu planning and costing
* Food Hygiene Level 2
