?? About the Role
We're looking for an experienced chef to join our team at Brompton Barracks, working across a large-scale operation serving 500 personnel .
You'll be part of a dedicated kitchen team delivering freshly prepared, high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring excellent standards of food, hygiene, and presentation.
????? Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals for all services
Support kitchen operations and team members during service
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen control standards
Assist with stock control, menu input, and daily kitchen organisation
Work collaboratively within a large team to ensure smooth service

Qualifications desirable but not essential
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for delivering great food
Reliable and flexible, able to work early and late shifts
