We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Event Day Traffic Team at Utilita Bowl in Botley Road, West End, Southampton. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and parking during events at our venue.
Responsibilities:
* Directing vehicles to designated parking areas
* Assisting guests with parking instructions
* Maintaining traffic flow to prevent congestion
* Providing excellent customer service to event attendees
* Coordinating with security and event staff
Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team
* Good problem-solving abilities
* Previous experience in customer service or event support is a plus
