Role: PHP Developer
Location: Lincoln
Working Model: 3–4 days a week in the office
Salary: Up to £42,900

What you’ll be doing
* Designing, building and maintaining backend services using PHP and Laravel
* Creating APIs and data models to support frontend applications and third-party integrations
* Improving performance, reliability and security across the platform
* Working with frontend and customer teams to deliver smooth integrations
* Supporting users through second- and third-line technical issues
* Reviewing code, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices
* Helping shape the technical roadmap and identifying new tools and technologies
* Mentoring junior developers and supporting their growth
* Keeping documentation up to date and contributing to continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
* Strong experience in PHP and Laravel development
* Good understanding of backend architecture and database design
* Confident working with APIs, integrations and data-driven platforms
* Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams
* Experience mentoring others or leading small projects
* Interest in continuous learning and improving how things are done
