This role offers fantastic experience supporting pupils’ learning, behaviour, and emotional development in the classroom. The Role As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupils who may need additional guidance with learning or social development. Your responsibilities may include: • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups • Assisting children with SEND such as autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs • Helping teachers deliver engaging classroom activities • Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour • Creating a positive and supportive learning environment This role provides excellent experience for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or Teaching.
