The role

You will be responsible for providing a proactive, efficient, and effective administrative service to some of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), including:

* Director of Operations - Inpatients
* Director of Nursing
* Director of Operational Support
* Interim Director of Social Care
* Director of AHP
* Director of Psychological Therapies
* Director of Operations – Care Services

Your duties include managing diaries, organizing meetings and events, ensuring all arrangements are in place, and supporting meetings through agenda preparation, note-taking, actions, transcription, circulation, and follow-up.

Maintaining confidentiality and effective communication are essential, as the role involves handling sensitive information.

Your profile

* Experience in a similar role within a comparable setting, supporting at least two Directors, with strong administrative and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to produce high-quality, professional documents, with intermediate/advanced keyboard skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook), and ability to understand financial and statistical data. Experience in maintaining and updating meeting action logs is required.
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively, with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
