This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that offers autonomy, impact and meaningful work, perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and starting great conversations. If you're someone who’s naturally inquisitive, enjoys picking up the phone, and knows how to spot an opportunity without being overly ‘salesy’, this role could be a great fit. We're looking for someone with experience in B2B customer service, internal sales, or lead generation and who’s looking for a role that fits comfortably around life. What you’ll be doing: Reaching out to prospective businesses to introduce the company’s services and generate new leads Identifying and booking opportunities for product demonstrations and trials Logging all contact activity and updates in the CRM system Coordinating diaries and supporting the wider business development team Promoting relevant services and learning initiatives Contributing to overall growth through clear communication and relationship building What we’re looking for: Strong communicator who is confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly Background in B2B customer service, sales support, or similar client-facing roles Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Why apply?
