Mechanical Site Supervisor / Foreman
Mechanical Site Foreman required for permanent role with established client based in Medway. Foreman/supervisor required to look after mechanical sites and projects across Kent.
Choices of being contract/temp to perm. Long term prospects.
The successful applicant will come from a commercial and residential installation background and be able to overcome various day‑to‑day problems overseeing a team of plumbers working on new build mechanical installation.
Responsibilities
* Manage a mixture of sub‑contract and agency labour across various parts of the project.
* Lead toolbox talks and health and safety notices where required and arrange inductions.
* Be client facing and represent our client’s professional reputation at all times.
* Assist with difficult parts of the installation and offer advice and practical solutions to design issues and alterations.
* Handle administration, paperwork, timesheets, delivery notes, induction paperwork and management of drawings and schedules.
