Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Assistant Transport Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is lively, fluent in English, and ready to contribute to our transport department's success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting with transport paperwork and administrative tasks.
* Assisting the Transport manager with his daily duties
* Supporting the transport team in organising jobs and deliveries.
* Phoning forklift dealers to introduce and promote PHL UK Ltd's transport services.
* Building relationships with transport companies and securing jobs.
* Acting as the face of our transport department with enthusiasm and professionalism.

* Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Energetic, lively, and proactive personality.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
