Responsibilities: As a Technical Services Engineer, I will act as the primary contact for customer queries across phone, email, and live chat. My role involves troubleshooting and owning tickets through to resolution while building strong, positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. I will learn the ins and outs of our products to become a trusted expert in my field. My responsibilities will also include supporting a variety of areas such as technical support, migrations, bespoke templates, bug investigations, and liaising with internal teams and third parties to ensure smooth and timely solutions. Additionally, I will contribute to knowledge base articles and share best practices.
