Job Description:
We are seeking a Clerical Assistant to join the Joint Problem Solving Team based in Civic Centre, East Kilbride. Responsibilities include clerical duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, data input, taking minutes, and managing a varied workload.
Excellent customer service is our priority. Candidates should have experience handling customer enquiries by telephone, and possess effective communication and IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to team goals and projects.
