We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic builder to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.
As a General Builder, you will play a key role in supporting various projects across several industrial sites within the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for Builders to gain valuable experience and develop skills in projects which may include civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.
Oversee and complete all day-to-day construction requirements to support a project on industrial sites
Provide support to project team
DIY & general building maintenance for example, tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, basic electrical works.
Carry out construction tasks in an efficient and safe manner.
Provide thorough daily updates regarding progression of construction tasks
An ability to use initiative to achieve pro-active site construction/maintenance.
General maintenance skills - painting, decorating, joinery and basic plumbing/electrical
CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS qualification required.
