We are an Ofsted grade 2 independent training provider who have specialised in providing training within the sector for over 56 years. The Manchester site is well established as the largest specialist logistics training facility in the UK.
Through our two key brands, The Job Gym and The National Logistics Academy we help thousands of individuals each year to gain new skills. This enables our learners to obtain employment within the logistics sector and drives the long-term growth of the industry.
We work with some of the biggest brands in the country, including Aldi, Wincanton and AO, delivering approximately 400 Apprenticeships, over 2500 Large Goods Vehicle licences and 1,100 Forklift Truck licences each year. The organisation is dedicated to deliver interventions that develop the ‘Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours to enable learners to thrive in life and work’.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Tutor to join our friendly team. The position is full-time, working 37.5 hours a week based in Middleton, Greater Manchester.
Flexibility will be required occasionally to support our after-hours delivery model.
Job overview
Creation of media content to both promote the business and support the delivery of learning programmes. Encompassing a broad range of media, develop strong, brand aligned visuals and copy, to elevate the Group’s brands and assimilate this through all internal and external communications, documents and presentation materials. Developing strong distinction and focus on aligned strategies for both enterprise (B2B) and consumer (B2C) customers.
Raise the awareness and effectiveness of individual brands through targeted events, campaigns and media activities.
Your duties will include but won’t be limited to:
Content Creation and Copywriting
Create high-quality copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, emails, and social media.
Produce communications tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences across all platforms.
Translate complex messages into engaging, visually persuasive content aligned with each brand’s DNA and tone of voice.
Proofread and maintain consistent editorial standards across the Group.
Develop optimised digital and visual content to enhance engagement, traffic, and lead generation.Digital Marketing and Campaign Management
Plan, deliver, and evaluate B2B and B2C digital campaigns across email, social media, and PPC.
Develop creative concepts that strengthen employer and learner engagement within Logistics, Automotive, and Construction.
Curate and promote content across digital channels to maximise reach and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success.
Plan and support events including awards, exhibitions, and job fairs.SEO and Content Optimisation
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and user engagement.
Use research tools to identify trends, keywords, and content opportunities.
Update and optimise website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO compliance.
Measure and refine SEO performance to support organic audience growth.Data, Analytics and Performance Measurement
Use analytics to track digital performance and audience behaviour across B2B and B2C markets.
Monitor and report on campaigns, providing insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Optimise conversion funnels to increase employer enquiries and learner applications.
Customer Journey and Brand Experience
Map and enhance B2B and B2C customer journeys from first contact to repeat engagement.
