The position requires a professional approach to customer service and a desire for continuous improvement, as you will be liaising with healthcare professionals. The role includes:
1. Dealing with incoming calls
2. Placing customer orders
3. Investigating and resolving customer queries
4. Informing customers on all aspects of our services and product ranges
5. Proactive service calls

The role is full-time, working on a shift rotation between the hours of 9am and 6pm, with the occasional Saturday 9am – 1pm.
