Broadview Animal Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Call Center Representative to join our expanding team in Rochester, NH. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first voice our clients hear, and that voice matters. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, genuinely enjoys helping others, and understands the importance of clear, compassionate communication, especially when it comes to people’s fur babies.

What You’ll Do
* Serve as a trusted resource for clients through education and support
* Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls
* Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
* Collaborate with doctors to address client questions and concerns
* Process online prescription approvals
* Manage client emails and communications
* Coordinate with insurance providers
* Transfer and receive medical records
* Problem‑solve efficiently while maintaining empathy and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
* Experience in at least one of the following settings:
o Veterinary hospital
o Medical or dental call center/front desk
o Doggy daycare or kennel
* High school diploma or GED
You Should Also Demonstrate
* Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
* Clear, empathetic communication
* Excellent time management and organization
* Patience and solution‑focused problem‑solving
