Registered Manager | Childrens Residential Home (EBD) Location: Derby (DE21) Service: 2-bed Childrens Home Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Salary: £50,000 £54,500 per year Bonuses: Up to £4,500 annually Contract: Full-time, permanent The Role We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed childrens residential home in Derby, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home has been carefully set up with stability in mind. Systems, policies and structures are already in place, allowing you to focus on embedding the culture, guiding your staff team and achieving excellent outcomes for young people. This isnt a rushed opening. The provider has a strong track record in residential childcare, with all 11 of their homes designed to feel therapeutic, calm and genuinely homely. Youll have the autonomy to run the service your way, with the backing of senior leaders who understand the realities of residential care and invest in their staff.
