We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join our friendly and dynamic Extended Community Care Team in the Helensburgh and Lomond area. This is a full-time permanent post (36 hours per week) based in the Helensburgh/Lochside area, with a commitment to weekend working and late shift cover until 10pm.
As part of the Community Nursing Team, you will work closely with colleagues and other health and social care professionals to deliver planned programmes of care to individuals, families, carers, and communities. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality community healthcare, supporting the reablement agenda, preventing hospital admission, and facilitating timely discharge.
Requirements:
1. First Level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
2. Relevant experience and skills for community nursing.
3. Previous community nursing experience is desirable, but applications from newly qualified nurses and those with transferable experience will also be welcomed.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Evidence of continuing professional development.
