Overview
Are you ready to take full ownership of marketplace growth and drive the expansion of a fast-growing, sustainable brand? We are a manufacturer and distributor of home storage and moving box products. With a solid D2C & Retail offline foundation over the last 15 years and recent investments in software, logistics, and warehousing, the company is ready to scale across platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, and other fast-growing marketplaces. The objective is to become the UK’s leading brand for home storage and moving boxes within 18 months.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you’ll build and run performance-driven marketplace operations. You’ll work independently at first, with the opportunity to build a team beneath you as results grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow sales performance across key marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, etc.)
* Launch and optimize new marketplace channels based on data and ROI
* Design and execute end-to-end paid campaigns (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products, TikTok Ads)
* Optimize product listings through keyword-rich content, high-quality visuals, and conversion-focused messaging
* Analyze marketplace performance metrics and drive continuous improvements
* Build promotional calendars (e.g., flash sales, deal weeks) in alignment with the marketing team
* Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders (logistics, content, design) and manage marketplace operations autonomously
Must-Have Skills & Experience
* MUST HAVE B2C EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon and emerging platforms like TikTok Shop or Temu
* Hands-on advertising experience with Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, or TikTok Ads
* Data-first mindset – confident using Excel, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics
* Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword strategy, and product visibility algorithms
* Familiarity with marketplace rules, compliance, and promotion tools
* Track record of driving measurable growth, testing new channels, and scaling what works
Nice to Have
* Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization for listings and ads
* Familiarity with marketplace automation tools (e.g., Channel Advisor, Skubana, or similar)
* Experience briefing or managing content creation (e.g., copy, imagery, video for listings)
* Knowledge of CRM or email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is a plus
