The Head of Sales is responsible for the end-to-end sales strategy and performance across all product ranges and territories. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic planning with hands‑on sales leadership.
This position is fully on-site, based in Suffolk, and requires attendance in the office five days per week.
You will lead and develop the sales team, grow existing accounts, identify new market opportunities, and ensure commercial targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.
