As Family Engagement Manager, you will manage Pact’s family engagement casework within the prison, organize Family Days periodically, and liaise with our subcontractors in the Visits Centre.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a demonstrated ability to coordinate a broad service, with experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving offenders and/or their families. You should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. Additionally, you should contribute to the planning and development of Pact’s family work and have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practices. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build partnerships with various agencies are essential.
