Priory Hospital Dorking is looking to recruit an HR & Resourcing Co-ordinator to join the team. This is a full-time 37.5 hours role.
Set in stunning grounds to promote and support a feeling of wellbeing, Priory Hospital Dorking, in Surrey, is an acute mental health service. We offer support for those experiencing an acute mental health episode, providing the necessary care required. Our focus is to stabilize and support patients on a pathway to community discharge as soon as possible, with appropriate aftercare in place.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Whether assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organized, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for everyone.
* Work closely with Senior Management and Heads of Departments to define and develop methods for attracting high-quality candidates to the site.
* Collaborate with the Central Talent Acquisition team to agree on recruitment methods.
* Ensure adherence to the recruitment process, with candidates screened by appropriate managers in a timely manner.
* Coordinate with the Central Onboarding team to ensure candidates are processed and onboarded efficiently.
* Liaise with candidates throughout the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained promptly.

What you'll bring to the role
Resilience is key in this rewarding but challenging role. Your natural empathy will help you support others through various situations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with excellent attention to detail, are essential. While a CIPD qualification is desirable, it is not mandatory. Previous experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant in a commercial environment, either generalist or specialist, is required. Healthcare sector experience is a plus but not essential.
