The Royal Harbour Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This role involves maintaining the safety, security, and cleanliness of the school site, as well as supporting the general day-to-day operations of the school, including preparing for events and exams.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel between sites and operate the school mini bus (proof of license required). Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided for suitable candidates.
This position is for 37 hours per week, with shift times varying between 5am and 9pm, including some weekends. The candidate must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
Main responsibilities include:
* Site security and safety
* Out of hours key holder duties
* Locking and unlocking facilities
* General property maintenance and redecoration
* Maintaining the school site internally and externally to a high standard
* Health and safety compliance and record keeping
* Cleaning and grounds maintenance
* Operating the school's online maintenance system
* Driving the school mini bus
