Admin Assistant Administration and Business Support - Beaumont Manor Care Home Contract: Part Time Salary: £12.21 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 16 Our private, luxurious care home is delightfully situated by the seaside in Frinton-on-Sea, which offers premium living for the elderly, comprising of 70 bedrooms. We’re looking for a talented Admin Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations. What we offer: £12.21 per hour Pension scheme Onsite Parking Paid DBS 5.6 Weeks Annual Leave (Based on a full-time contract) 16hrs per week, 9am-5pm, ideally Thursday & Friday. What You'll Do Payroll and Contracts: Manage employee payroll data and contracts with accuracy and confidentiality. Schedule Master: Assist in arranging and coordinating staffing schedules to ensure smooth operations. Frontline Communication: Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanour. Update and Inform: Keep notice boards up to date with relevant information and announcements. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operational team to ensure that tasks and repairs are completed efficiently. Meeting Minutes: Take detailed notes during meetings to capture key points and action items. Office Duties: Perform general office tasks to support daily operations and keep everything running smoothly. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: GCSE English Language is essential. Tech Savvy: Proficient in spreadsheets, Microsoft Word/Works, Excel, Access, and email communications. Commitment: A strong dedication to equal opportunities and inclusivity within our company.
