Main Purpose: Provide specialist psychological and neuropsychological input within neurobehavioural model, supporting adults with acquired brain injury through holistic, multidisciplinary rehabilitation. Lead on assessment, formulation, and intervention, ensuring person-centred, evidence-based practice in collaboration with families and professionals. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments using evidence-based tools and methods. * Develop and implement rehabilitation plans and SMART goals aligned with each person’s needs. * Provide individual, family, and group therapy, applying a range of psychological models. * Offer expert input to multidisciplinary team formulations and care plans. * Conduct risk assessments and contribute to risk management strategies. * Provide specialist psychological guidance to families, carers, and colleagues. * Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in data collection, research, and service evaluation. * Take part in on-call support and uphold professional standards in all aspects of care.
