Hours: 5.67 hours per day, 28 hrs per week. 06:00-08:40 & 15:30-18:00

Summary:
The role of a Caretaker at a Primary School is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and security of the school premises. This position requires a dedicated individual who can manage the opening and closing of the school, along with maintaining cleanliness and order. The caretaker will be responsible for key holding, which includes unlocking and locking the school at specified times. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Responsibilities:
* Unlock and lock the school premises at designated times.
* Perform cleaning duties at the beginning and end of the day.
* Ensure the security and safety of the school facilities.
* Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the premises.
* Report any issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
* MUST HAVE A VALID ENHANCED DBS
* Ability to work early mornings and late afternoons.
* Experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Ability to manage keys and ensure security protocols are followed.
Requirements
