We’re working with a leading global organisation that prides itself on delivering exceptional IT services to its employees worldwide. They are looking for an experienced End User Experience Technician to join their London team and play a key role in supporting end-user technology and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your new role
As an End User Experience Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for front-line IT support, handling hardware and software issues across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with global teams, ensuring a high level of customer service and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide desk-side support for hardware/software issues (Break/Fix).
2. Manage incident and service request queues.
3. Configure and deploy end-user hardware and software.
4. Support new technology rollouts and assist with training.
5. Perform IMAC services (install, move, add, change).
6. Collaborate with Help Desk and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
7. Document technical processes clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
