They are currently recruiting for a GT Assistant, to work in the sealing room who can do Pattern Amendments.
Ideally a Junior Pattern Technician with approximately 1–2 years’ experience in pattern amendments to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to further develop their technical expertise within a supportive and structured environment. The successful candidate will receive training in our internal methods and processes while taking ownership of key responsibilities across sampling and fit coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Attending fit sessions in Leicester (company car provided)
* Overseeing the machine room to ensure fit samples are completed in line with scheduled fit meetings
* Organising and preparing fabrics for fit samples following pattern amendments
* Creating and maintaining detailed customer workbooks
* Scheduling and booking fit sessions
* Managing customer communications and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
Candidate Profile
* 1–2 years’ experience in pattern amendments within a fashion or garment production environment
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Willingness to learn and adapt to established company processes
