Job purpose: To carry out administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, whilst ensuring all contracts are performing to client’s standards and requirements. Education: GCSE’s or equivalent desirable but not essential Minimum Qualifications and Skills required: Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Highly organized, flexible with good communication and keyboard skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as client interaction will be required The ability to work within a team, a good eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure for month end deadlines Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Communicate with clients in accordance with client requirements. Communicating with tenants in accordance with client requirements. Scheduling appointments to ensure that site staff are fully utilised. Import CSV uploads for sites/appointments. Review and complete report content daily. Communicate with site staff, laboratory, plans and quality control to ensure timely delivery of reports to the client. Supplying reports to clients via Client Excel documents, Portals, Bulk export, KGI, MICAD or other client integration requirements as per the agreements. Invoicing clients in accordance with their requirements as per contract allocation list and tender agreement, including saving PO's appropriately. Deal with inbound calls and directing them through to the relevant person or office. Attend internal meetings with the team. Assist contract managers with additional tasks when asked. Assist other departments with administrative tasks when required. Any other adhoc tasks as directed by the line manager or directors.
