Salary (Negotiable) & Progression Opportunities + other additional benefits from a fantastic company Responsibilities Establish and maintain administrative processes and procedures for the effective running of the office Correspondence with customers and hauliers through their daily shipments Keeping Treatment Cert for all ROI round posts entering in system and logging data from treatment Proof of Delivery filing Input daily timber weigh bridge tickets on excel Manage sales order processing function from order receipt through to invoice, delivery and collection Overseeing day to day walk in customers In conjunction with the Credit Control Department, ensure that all sales invoices are issued and settled in accordance with the company's terms of business Liaise daily with relevant parties to ensure that orders are invoiced correctly, and the customer gets their documentation Oversee timber invoices and manual invoices on a daily basis The Ideal Person Experience working within a similar role Experience in dealing with Microsoft Excel is highly preferred Good communicator Strong numeracy skills For further information on this opportunity, or any other jobs in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Jack Groves via Vanrath.
