\nA leading international law firm is now seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its expanding team in Edinburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile construction, energy and infrastructure projects, advising developers, contractors, public bodies and multinational organisations. The role offers exposure to complex transactional construction work within a collaborative national and international team.

The Role
\n\n
You will:
\n\n
\n\t
* Advise on non-contentious construction and engineering matters across major projects
\n\t
* Draft and negotiate contracts including NEC, JCT and FIDIC
\n\t
* Support clients across the energy, infrastructure and built environment sectors
\n\t
* Work closely with colleagues across the wider UK team and support more junior members of the team
\n\n\n
About You
\n\n

* Have 2+ years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law
\n\t
* Have experience across a broad range of construction and engineering matters
\n\t
* Are confident working with NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC contracts
\n\t
* Enjoy building strong client relationships and delivering commercial advice
\n\t
* Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
