As a Reception Supply Teacher, you’ll play a key role in shaping children’s early learning experiences — from supporting early phonics andmunication skills to encouraging curiosity through continuous provision and play‑based learning. 5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Reception/EYFS

8. Strong behaviour management through warmth, boundaries and routine
