Bring your energy to Aggreko as a QHSE Manager Nationwide (based in our Doncaster or Widnes). As a member of the QHSE team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver safety, influence operational leaders, shape culture, and drive excellence across a dynamic business.
What you’ll do as a QHSE Manager:
* Be the trusted QHSE partner working with our people, supporting service centres, projects and field-based teams to create an environment where everyone goes home safely every day.
* Support our teams to identify, assess and control risk through robust risk management, safe systems of work and practical risk management solutions that enable safe delivery.
* Embed quality and environmental best practices, support our teams to improve process effectiveness and implement sustainability initiatives aligned with ISO standards.
* Lead investigations into incidents, near misses and significant risks, applying root cause analysis to identify corrective actions and lessons driving sustainable improvement.
* Drive improvements by leading audits, inspections and observations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, ISO management systems and our HSE standards.
You are:
* Degree or diploma in a relevant QHSE discipline, with 3+ years’ experience in an HSE Advisor/Specialist/Officer role within engineering, utilities, construction, or industrial environments.
* Qualified and experienced Lead ISO Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and/or 50001) with a strong working knowledge of UK and Ireland HSE legislation and compliance standards.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to coach and engage stakeholders at all levels, supported by excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
* IOSH or equivalent professional membership with a commitment to CPD, alongside a full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across operational sites.
