Recruitment Consultant The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Horticulture & Landscaping division based in Egham, Surrey. This is a full time position offering a basic salary of £28,000 to £32,000 plus uncapped commission. The role offers hybrid working, with Monday to Wednesday office based and Thursday to Friday working from home. This opportunity is focused on developing and running a temporary recruitment desk within the Horticulture & Landscaping sector. You will work closely alongside the division lead, supporting existing clients, managing active temporary vacancies, building candidate pipelines, and helping grow the temporary side of the division nationally. This role would suit someone who ideally comes from a recruitment background with experience managing a temporary desk within a fast moving environment. The ability to manage multiple vacancies, work at pace, and build strong client and candidate relationships will be key to success. The Role This role will focus specifically on the temporary side of the desk, including: Temporary recruitment Candidate sourcing Client relationship management Business development Vacancy management Account growth Workforce planning and fulfilment The role will involve a combination of sales and delivery responsibilities to support desk growth, client retention, and candidate quality within a busy and fast moving market.
