We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our specialist SEN school, working part-time (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) with pupils aged 4 to 19 who have Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Complex Needs.
About the Role:
* Support children and young people across a range of ages and developmental stages
* Create engaging, sensory-rich learning experiences tailored to individual needs
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families
* Provide personal care and assist with specialist equipment (full training provided if required)
About You:
* Experience in early years, nursery, or similar childcare settings
* A creative, playful approach to learning and interaction
* Patient, adaptable, and confident working with pupils with additional needs
* Passionate about inclusive education and making a real difference
