Salary – £62,000 FTE per annum (Depending on experience)

The team
Rutland Veterinary Centre is a supportive and community driven first opinion practice based in Uppingham, Leicestershire. We have a diverse and varied caseload, and our facilities are fully equipped to handle the services we provide. Our practice includes 24h out of hours service and pet diagnostic imaging.
Rutland Veterinary Centre are part of the community, In the last year we have been fortunate enough to attend a number of events including The Rutland Show and Rutland Pet Festival including more. We also pride ourselves on working and supporting with local charities these include Cats Protection, Prickleback Urchin Hedgehog Rescue, Neville’s Nest Guinea Pig Rescue and Leicester Animal Rescue.
What we’re looking for
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
* Clinical decision-making abilities, able to interpret diagnostics and make informed decisions whether you're managing consults or jumping into hands-on cases. Know when to assess and when to refer cases, being able to collaborate with the team and other specialists. Treatment planning and on-going case management.
* Passion for people development to guide our graduates and support them in growing their confidence.
* The ability to confidently deliver high-quality clinical care across consults, medical work-ups, and routine / non-routine surgeries.
* An easygoing and collaborative attitude that helps maintain a positive team culture and excellent client care relationship.
