About the role
As a Care Services Partner, your role is to provide a single point of contact for care home customers, ensuring excellent customer care while leading the operational running of the care services pharmacy. You will collaborate with local stakeholders to deliver outstanding service to care service users. The position is onsite, reporting to the store manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning the Care Services workload to ensure optimal service delivery.
2. Collaborating with approximately 40 care homes, store teams, and GP surgeries to deliver outstanding care, retain existing clients, and attract new customers.
3. Resolving queries and issues raised by care homes.
4. Supporting dispensing duties such as labeling, priming, preparing MARR sheets, ordering, dispensing, endorsing, checking prescriptions, and collecting prescriptions.
5. Working with the Regional Business Manager to promote Boots within the local community and assist in new business sign-ups.
6. Engaging with all parts of the pharmacy, including the healthcare counter.
Essential skills and experience:
* NVQ2 in Pharmaceutical Science (or equivalent)
* Problem-solving experience in a healthcare environment focused on customer satisfaction
Desirable skills and experience:
* NVQ3 in Pharmaceutical Science (or equivalent)
* Full driving license for visiting care homes
