The Role
As a Machine Operative, you'll be part of a supportive and experienced shift team within the inner lining department. Under the guidance of a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly, and maintaining high-quality standards across the board.

* Set and operate machinery to match precise production specifications

* Manufacture aluminium cans to exact measurements and quality standards

* Work towards daily and weekly production targets efficiently and safely

* Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organised

* Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production process
