About the role
Senior Residential Support Worker: you will support young people in daily life within our homes including: helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills; supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities; conducting supervisions for staff members; managing the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager; effectively leading shifts, directing and supporting colleagues; managing health and safety processes in the home including the implementation and monitoring of risk assessments; supporting the induction of colleagues into the home; being responsible for safeguarding and actively promoting the welfare of children and young people.
