Home Manager – Wilmington Manor Care Home (Dartford, DA2 7BA)
Type: Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week

About the role
As a Home Manager you will lead and inspire a multi‑disciplinary team, providing outstanding, personalised care to residents. You will manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, manage budgets, take responsibility for operating profit, and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will create strong internal and external relationships to strengthen the Bupa brand with local authorities and primary care trusts. You will need to become registered with the regulator and may occasionally work out of hours or evenings.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a multi‑disciplinary team.
Provide outstanding, personalised care.
Manage all aspects of the home.
Identify business opportunities.
Effectively manage budgets and operating profit.
Ensure regulatory compliance across all relevant areas.
Qualifications
* Strong clinical knowledge and expertise.
* LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic mind.
* Ability to develop an environment focused on continuous improvement.
* Effective communicator with a confident and influential leadership style.

Located approximately 2 miles from Dartford train station, Wilmington Manor sits on beautiful grounds in the heart of Wilmington. The home offers nursing, residential, respite and convalescence care, with a real family feel. The team are passionate about providing person centred care, championing dignity and independence, and organising a wide variety of activities.
