Many of the furnishings and textiles throughout the hotel and residences are made exclusively for Bulgari crafted by Italian manufacturers. We are looking for: A seasoned Head of Security & Safety to lead the division and provide both strategic and operational support across the business. You will act as an Ambassador of the hotel, exceeding guest, stakeholder and colleague expectations through enhancing the security and safety function whilst contributing to the overall business objectives. The position is responsible for the management, implementation, coordination, and leadership of all security and safety aspects. Within this framework, the Head of Security and Safety will manage all security & safety processes and actions within the property. Reporting to the General Manager the role is responsible for ensuring our security and safety practices are world-class and consistently aligned to the needs and the values of the business. The position demands an experienced professional well versed in translating UK polices and procedures into best practices with the confidence and ability to balance this knowledge with a pragmatic approach to handling security and safety needs. Excellent personal presentation and communication skills are vital as the role represents the brand through the its leadership status and partners with all levels of the organisation. Commercial acumen is necessary in order to demonstrate the credibility required to influence decisions based upon business needs.
