About The Role
As the face of the business, you will greet guests before they even step foot in the hotel. This is a hands‑on role that leads the events operations team, ensuring all meetings, events and weddings run smoothly. You will work closely with the culinary team and front‑of‑house staff to deliver memorable experiences.
The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, a friendly smile, and a strong personality that shines through in customer service.
